Clubs - please work out your requirements and
then send cheques for the appropriate amount as per the details below,
make sure you inform us of the correct name of the Club as you wish it to
appear in the program.
Due to the
increasing number of clubs attending the show we have had to formalise our
arrangements with attending clubs. It will now be necessary for attending clubs
to book-in in advance and to pay a small charge to cover our costs. With regard
to tables in "Clubland", we have fixed this
charge at £5.00 stand charge plus £5.00 per table (max 3). So the total cost of
one table would be £10.00 and £15.00 for two tables, both for the two
days. The cost of providing power if required is £44.00. Please
feel free to email me or give me a ring if you require any further information.
CLUBS WILL BE ALLOWED TWO FREE EXHIBITORS TICKETS ONLY, PLEASE BOOK IN AT THE
LARS DESK ON ARRIVAL UNLOADING WILL BE IN CAR PARK A [THE ONE TO THE RIGHT OF
THE ENTRANCE] PLEASE REMOVE YOUR CAR AFTER UNLOADING THIS IS A BUSY CAR PARK ON
THE THURS AND NATURALLY TRADERS HAVE PREFERENCE.

HAVE PAID FOR YOUR STAND, THE STEWARD WILL ALLOW EACH CLUB ONE CAR
ACCESS TO UNLOAD.
