Club Land
It would be appreciated if you circulate
the date and venue of this year's show to your members in
your next newsletter and at any meetings you may have.
Remember that concessionary tickets
are available to clubs for groups of 12 or more visiting the
show if booked in advance.
Booking
Download this
form (60K PDF), work out your requirements, complete and
send together with a cheque for the appropriate amount as
per the details. Make sure you inform us of the correct name
of the Club as you wish it to appear in the programme.
- Tables cost £15.00 each for the two days, up to
a maximum of three
- Power, if required, is £45 for the two days
- Clubs will be allowed two free exhibitors tickets per
table, and one exhibitor parking pass

Please note that we do not provide seating behind stands,
so you will need to provide your own.
We are not blessed with the vast space that Donington offered,
therefore your stand has to be planned with the rest of the
exhibition and the number of clubs affect the hall layout.
To ensure we know who is coming: No
payment prior to the day = No club stand!
Access
Information on the hall location and access is on the Travel
page and follow instructions for the Exhibitors & Disabled
entrance. Once on the Campus, follow the show signs and stewards'
directions to the unloading area.
Please book in at the LARS desk in the hall immediately
on arrival. Once booked in please unload as directed by stewards.
Providing you have paid for your
stand, the name of your club will be on the stewards'
list and this will allow each club one car access to unload.
Please remove your car immediately after
unloading as the access area will be very busy on the Friday
and naturally traders have preference.
