Facilities for the disabled
Loughborough University is wheelchair friendly as it is mostly
on one level. Access to the Sir David Wallace building (also
known as the New Sports Hall) is all on one level through
2 pairs of double doors.

Please note the building numbers are different
on the wheelchair access map. The show hall is building 78
on the normal & interactive maps and 95 on the
wheelchair map.
The convention will be held in the upstairs seminar room
and there is a lift from the ground floor to the first floor.
Admission is at the concessionary rate.
Disabled parking is a short walk from the Sir David Wallace
building (New Sports Hall). Disabled parking will be clearly
signed and visitors must enter the University at the East
entrance off Epinal Way. Follow the disabled parking signs.
Stewards will be available to advise and assist in the car
parking area.
All car parking is free.
There are toilet facilities including facilities for the
disabled on the ground floor.
Doors open at 9.30am for everyone.
Visitors with limited mobility should make their way to
the front of the queue.
Assistance dogs are allowed on site and in the hall.
