Route to the Exhibition Hall

Directions to the hall are on this page, follow the section for "Exhibitors & Disabled entrance"

Once you have entered the campus via the East entrance, follow Traders Unloading signs to bring you to the unloading doors of the Sir David Wallace Building, also known as the New Sports Hall.

Arrival

Immediately on arrival report to the LARS Show desk in the hall. As usual our stewards will have trolleys and will assist you in unloading. Note if bringing your own trolley please ensure that it has pneumatic tyres as it will be running on a carpeted floor.

Once unloaded please move your vehicle to the traders car park P9 on the campus map which will be clearly signed.

Setup Day

Setting up day is Friday 11th September from 11am until 6pm. If you are unable to set-up during this time then contact Geoff to see if alternative arrangements can be made.

Takedown

Will be from the close of the show on Sunday afternoon from 4pm.

Exhibitors should note that as we are located close to the centre of Loughborough and we will be advertising locally, threfore there may be a substantial number of afternoon visitors.
