Travel Information
Location and maps
The exhibition hall is the Sir David Wallace Building, commonly
referred to by university staff as the "New Sports Hall".
They are one and the same place.
The building is number 78, on the line between grid square
H2 and H3.
Please note the building numbers are different
on the wheelchair access map. The show hall is building 78
on the normal & interactive maps and 95 on the
wheelchair map.
Parking
Ample parking (1000+ spaces) is available on the Campus,
near the hall. A free shuttle bus will run throughout the
day between the car park and the exhibition hall.
Main car park postcode: LE11 3GR.
This is labeled "West Entrance" and "Holywell
Park" on the Campus map - Grid square B7.
Exhibitors & Disabled entrance
Closest postcode for SatNav purposes is LE11 3TU - This will
get you into the vicinity of the East entrance.
Disabled and exhibitor parking is in P9 - Campus map grid
square H4.
Remember this car park is for disabled and
exhibitors only.
All others must use the main car park at the West entrance
and take the free shuttle bus.

Arriving by Car |
Don't forget the talk in stations
on 145.55MHz and 433.550MHz, under the callsign GB8LS.
From the M1
Leave the M1 at junction 23 following signs for Loughborough.
At the next island (1.2 miles after leaving the motorway,
turn right into Holywell Way. Parking is at the end
of this road.
From the East via the A60
On approaching Loughborough, follow signs to the
M1 / Shepshed and this will eventually bring you to
the A512 on the west side of the town.
When you meet the dual carriageway, followed shortly
by an island, turn left at the island into Holywell
Way. Parking is at the end of this road.
Free Parking
Car and coach parking is free. Disabled car parking
is available adjacent to the exhibition hall, please
see above for details.

Arriving by Coach |
National
Express serve the town with bus services from
many UK cities.
Some services drop off directly outside the University.
Once in Loughborough there is a bus service which
runs via the town centre through the University campus
where you can alight close to the New Sports Hall.

Arriving by Air |
The East Midlands Airport has connections to all
major airports in the UK and Europe. Many low cost
airlines have flights to and from the Airport and
should you have your own helicopter there is a helipad.
From the airport the Skylink airline shuttle service
links the airport with Loughborough. Refer to the
Skylink
service for more information.
Once in Loughborough there is a bus service which
runs from the train station via the town centre through
the University campus where you can alight close to

East Midlands Airport Facilities
The Airport offers the normal range of facilities,
such as basic shops, car rentals, taxi services and
banking.

Arriving by Train |
Loughborough Railway Station
The nearest railway station is at Loughborough which
is on the Midland Mainline from London (St. Pancras)
to Leeds serving many towns, plus continental destinations
via St. Pancras International.
Trains also run direct from the West Midlands from
Birmingham, via Coventry, Nuneaton, Hinckley and Leicester
to Loughborough.
